Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to 4 to provide the security of the petitioner from the respondent nos.5 and 6 with further prayer to direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 4.7.2017 within an stipulated period expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondents no.5 and 6 are son and daughter-in-law of the petitioner, who is an old lady. There is harassment and torture to disposed off the property and house in question.
Considered the submissions. In view of the fact, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jhansi, to consider and take appropriate steps on the petitioner's application, preferably within two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after making due enquiry and after considering the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and U.P. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2014.
Accordingly, the present petition is hereby finally disposed off.
