None appears on behalf of the revisionist despite repeated calls.
Sri Yagdeo Sharma, the opposite party No.2 has appeared in person. The opposite party Nos.3 to 5 have been convicted of the offences indicated in the order impugned. The present revision has been filed against the acquittal of opposite party No.2. It appears that opposite party Nos.3 to 5 had wrongly been impleaded.
Having perused the finding returned by the trial court, this Court does not find any material illegality much procedural impropriety in the judgment of acquittal.
The revision is found devoid of merits and hence dismissed. Certify the judgment to the court below immediately.
