The writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 2.5.2013 passed by Director, Local Bodies in the disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner and for mandamus commanding respondents to decide representation of the petitioner expeditiously.
It is admitted that the petitioner has filed an appeal against the order dated 2.5.2013, which is pending before Secretary, Local Bodies, Government of UP.
Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Secretary, Local Bodies, Government of UP to decide the appeal of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the concerned authority.
