Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Though various prayers have been made in the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed prayer (iii) only namely this Court may issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2, District Magistrate, Mau, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.8.2018 within stipulated time.
The prayer prayed for is not as such which cannot be granted by this Court hence, the same is granted.
The authority concerned shall consider the representation dated 16.8.2018 given by the petitioner and decide the same on or before 13.11.2018.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this petition is disposed of.
In case of any difficulty, the petitioner may file application for revival of the petition.
