JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Arora,J.
The respondents have not filed any objection to the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act.
Cause shown seems to be sufficient. Delay is condoned. The appeal is taken on merit.
The appeal is admitted. The respondents have put in appearance, hence no fresh notice is required. Let the Lower Court's record be summoned. List thereafter for hearing.
Further execution/recovery proceedings shall remain stayed subject to the condition that the appellant deposits an amount of Rs.75,000/- inclusive of statutory deposits before the tribunal within a period of two months. It shall be open for the insurance company to withdraw the same.
