This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
"(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to give the possession to the petitioner on the land belongs to petition of Khasra No.52.
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to release the encroached land of Chak Road by which petitioner reached at his Chak."
It appears that the grievance of the petitioner is against the private respondents and seeking assistance from the authority concerned.
Since, in the present petition, disputed questions of facts are involved, no such relief can be granted by this Court against the private respondents while exercising the power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The petitioner may take appropriate proceedings to ventilate his grievances, if so advised.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
