Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of District Judge, Mathura to decide civil appeal no.27 of 2016 (Bhagwat Swaroop Vs. Durga Prasad and others) within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it appears that already the court has fixed a date for hearing.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued. It is expected that the court concerned shall bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion, in absence of any legal impediment, expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
