This petition came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on 24 April 2015. Cause shown and disclosed in the Affidavit filed in support of the Restoration Application is found to be sufficient. The Application is accordingly allowed.
The writ petition shall stand restored to its original number to be listed before the appropriate Court in the next cause list.
