The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 23.02.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.9638 of 2012 (Bhagwat Prasad Dixit Vs. Director Pension Nideshalay and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Rajendra Prasad Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on behalf of opposite party that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
