JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the decision of the full Bench of this Court in the case of Prabhashankar Shankarlal Joshi & Ors. Vs. Sulsinhji Kesharisinhji Parmar reported in 1984 GLH 662, Shri Jay Thakkar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application as in view of the decision of the full Bench, the applicant is required to prefer an Appeal before the concerned District Court.
Without expressing anything with respect to the same, the present Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn. As and when any further proceedings are initiated either before the District Court and/or any other Court, the same be considered in accordance with law and on its own merits for which this Court has not expressed anything. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
