Bhagwandas vs State

[1] This application is filed by the applicant for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with C.R.No.I-310 of 2011 registered with Amraiwadi Police Station.

[2] It is submitted by learned APP on instructions and after verifying the papers that applicant accused in involved in all total six cases. He is also involved in the case of rape, assault, prohibition and other offences.

[3] Considering above past criminal antecedents of applicant accused, present application is rejected. Rule discharged.
