JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is submitted by Mr.Nanavati, learned senior advocate appearing for the appellants that suit was filed in the year 2007 and ex-parte injunction is granted in favour of the appellants and said order remained in existence till final disposal of injunction application i.e. upto 16.05.2012.
In view of above, Notice and Notice as to interim relief returnable on 18.09.2012.
Parties are directed to maintain status quo as on today.
Direct service is permitted.
