This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 2.11.2021 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur by which the Revision filed by the petitioner against the interim order dated 13.8.2021 passed in a partition suit was dismissed.
If the petitioner is aggrieved by the interim order which was granted in the partition suit on 13.8.2021, then he may file an application for vacating the same.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that if the petitioner files an application within a period of 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order, then the same shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter after hearing the parties concerned, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
