The present application is for suspension of sentence and regular bail.

Mr.Amin, learned counsel for the applicant, after some arguments when the court was not inclined to suspend the sentence and release the applicant on bail, has prayed for withdrawal of the present application with a view to have the early hearing of the matter if the appeal is not finally heard within some reasonable time.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
