1. This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 06.11.2020 passed by Board of Revenue in revisional proceedings whereby the matter has been remanded back to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in proceedings under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code for deciding the same on merits after hearing the parties concerned.
2. As the writ petition has been filed against remand order, no interference by this Court is required.
3. Writ petition stands dismissed.
