Although several prayers have been made in the instant petition, but at the time of making oral submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner pressed only relief clause (2), which is for a direction to the trial Court to decide recall application dated 19.7.2017, wherein the petitioner has prayed for recall of order dated 12.7.2017, whereby objection of the petitioner paper No. 35C2 was rejected for non-prosecution.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the recall application dated 19.7.2017, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
