The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 591 of 2017, u/s 498A, 304-B, 318 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Jaswant Nagar, District Etawah with the prayer for enlarging him on bail.
This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant; first bail was rejected on 25.4.2018 while observing that the applicant is the husband of the deceased, who died within six months of the marriage, she was also carrying pregnancy of two months and dying declaration has also been recorded. There is no fresh ground at this stage to grant bail to the applicant. The 2nd bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within the period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order before the trial court.
