As per report of Jail Superintendent dated 20.12.2017, the accused-appellant Bhagwan Saran has served the entire sentence and after depositing the fine in the court concerned, he has been released from jail. Now appeal appears to be infructuous.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the appellant to seek revival if any interest survives.
