Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Tarun Varma for the fourth respondent and the learned Standing Counsel.
Sri Tarun Varma learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to all contentions on merits being kept open, the representation of the petitioner claiming one time settlement shall be duly evaluated and a decision in respect thereof communicated within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
