The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the Government Orders dated 29.3.1999, 27.1.2011 and 28.2.2011. The petitioner has also challenged the order of the Divisional Level Committee dated 29.6.2017. The petitioner has not enclosed the copy of the Government Order dated 29.3.1994. No provision in the Government Orders dated 27.1.2011 and 28.2.2011 have been pointed out, which are said to be offending.
The caste certificate issued to the petitioner has been cancelled by the order dated 2.12.2015. The appeal against the same has been dismissed by the Divisional Appellate Committee (Screening and Caste Certificate), Appellate Forum. Against the said order, the petitioner has preferred appeal to the State Screening Committee and the same is pending.
In view of the above, we do not entertain the challenge to the above orders dated 2.12.2015 and 29.6.2017 as these are subject matter of consideration in the appeal before the State Screening Committee.
The State Level Committee shall make all efforts to decide the appeal of the petitioner, most expeditiously, in accordance with law, if possible within a period of three months.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we do not find any merit in the writ petition and the same is dismissed.
