On oral request of learned counsel for the petitioner, description of the respondent no. 2 is allowed to be corrected as Nayab Tehsildar.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The only relief pressed in this petition is that the respondent No.
2 may be directed to decide the application u/s 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the Court of Nayab Tehsildar, Kasba Shahganj, District Jaunpur as Case No. T201814360101452 dated 04.04.2018, within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose will be served to keep this petition pending and call for a counter affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
