Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
In pursuance of the order dated 16.7.2014 the I.O. Sri M.L. Kanaujiya Inspector Incharge of P.S. Harpalpur, District Hardoi is present in the court.
It is submitted by him that in the present case after completing the investigation the charge sheet in case crime No. 264 of 2014 has been submitted. But the grievance of the petitioner is that as to why the charge sheet has not been submitted against the father-in-law of the victim namely Ram Babu Bhadauriya. It is directed that in this regard the I.O. may do the further investigation.
Accordingly this petition is disposed of.
