1. Heard learned advocates for the parties.

2. The Second Appeal has been admitted on the substantial questions of law framed by the Court.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the stay of execution and implementation of the order passed by the lower Appellate Court is required to be granted in order to avoid any further complication in the matter. Hence, interim relief in terms of paragraphs 5(B) and 5(C) of the Civil Application is granted, pending the Second Appeal.

4. The Civil Application stands allowed accordingly.
