1. Rule. Mr.R.C.Kodekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives services of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State of Gujarat.

By way of present application, party-in-person who is under-trial prisoner and who is personally present in the Court, has prayed for extension of his temporary bail, which was granted by this Court vide order dated 27/08/2013 in Criminal Misc. Application No.13622 of 2013 and extended by this Court vide order dated 12/09/2013 in Criminal Misc. Application No.14427 of 2013 on the ground of sickness of his wife. In support of this application, Medical Certificate dated 23/09/2013 issued by Dr.Arvind K. Sharma, Sharma Hospital, Jasodanagar Chokdi, National Highway No.8, Kedila Bridge, Ahmedabad, is annexed.
3. Considering the sickness of wife of the applicant under-trial prisoner, I am of the opinion that the application requires consideration and the same is accordingly allowed. The temporary bail, which was granted by this Court vide order dated 27/08/2013 in Criminal Misc. Application No. 13622 of 2013 and extended by this Court vide order dated 12/09/2013 in Criminal Misc. Application No.14427 of 2013, is hereby extended for further period of three weeks on the same terms and conditions, by which he has been released on temporary bail. The applicant to surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail period, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted today.
