This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Tamkuhiraj, District-Kushinagar to consider and decide the Restoration Application dated 11.02.2019 filed in Case No. T201405440300812 of 2017 (Lallan Sharma vs. Bhagirahti) under Section 67(a)(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending from 11.02.2019, within short stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner seeks directions for expeditious disposal of his restoration application filed for recalling an order passed in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The restoration application is said to be pending since 11.02.2019.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent 2 Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Tamkuhiraj, District-Kushinagar to decide the restoration application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
