Shri M.M. Sahai, Advocate has filed an affidavit of compliance on behalf of opposite party dated 17.8.2019 wherein it has been stated that all payments due to the applicant in terms of the judgment dated 8.5.2019 rendered by the writ Court have been duly released to the applicant.
Consequently nothing further survives and the application stands disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant from initiating appropriate proceedings if there be any issue with regard to the quantum of benefits released.
