The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the C.P.C. was not being decided expeditiously and only dates were being fixed.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the application for the temporary injunction filed alongwith the Original Suit No. 1518 of the 2019 (Bhagirathi Patel vs. Mohan Lal (deceased) and others) be decided within a period of the three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
