Before approaching this Court, the petitioner has also preferred a representation to the District Magistrate, Kushinagar only on 31st October, 2019.
We failed to understand as to why the petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India even prior to expiry of a period of one month from 31st October, 2019. As a matter of fact, the writ petition was filed on 14th November, 2019 that is only after a lapse of 14 days from the date of submitting the representation.
In view of it, we do not find any just reason to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is dismissed.
