This application has been filed for condonation of delay of 132 days in preferring First Appeal (Stamp) No. 1684 of 2010.

In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of para 10(a). Delay of 132 days in filing the first appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
