This is an application for deciding the writ petition in terms of compromise dated 2.5.2021. The compromise-deed was sent for verification which was verified by the Deputy Director of Consolidation on 22.9.2021 as apparent from its report.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties and the compromise- deed shall be part of this writ petition.
