In re: Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No. 8 of 2021 Instant withdrawal application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner through Sri Satya Prakash Singh, Advocate to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn.
In paragraph no. 5 of the affidavit filed in support of the withdrawal application it is averred that due to poor physical condition the petitioner does want to pursue the present writ petition.
There is no oppose to the aforesaid withdrawal application. Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed.
In re: Writ Petition In view of the order of the date, as above, passed in the withdrawal application, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
