The explanation given by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli is found satisfactory.
As per office report, a letter dated 9.5.2019 has been received by the C.J.M. Chandauli. From the perusal of the aforesaid report, it appears that the revisionist has died.
In view of the above, this criminal revision becomes infructuous. Accordingly, dismissed as having become infructous.
Office is directed to send the Lower Court record back forthwith alongwith a copy of this order to concerned District Judge.
