JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking a direction for early disposal of the case in C.C.No.234 of 2014, involving offences under Sections 294(b), 435 and 506(1) IPC, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there are five witnesses and none of them have been examined so far.
3. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondent.
4. The case has been taken on file by the Trial Court in the year 2014. It is stated by the petitioners that out of five witnesses, none has been examined so far, which practice of the Trial Court cannot be countenanced. Hence a direction is issued to the Judicial Magistrate, Avinasi, to conduct the trial on a day to day basis and dispose of the case in C.C.No.234 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
