JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Sudhir Kumar Saxena,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 110 of 2012 under Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, Police Station-Payagpur, Distt.-Bahraich.
We have gone through the FIR, which discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.
However, we dispose of this petition with a direction that the petitioner shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime number till submission of report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., provided he cooperates with the investigation, which shall go on.
