Heard learned counsel for parties and perused the order sheet.
The Court finds no ground to frame any peremptory directions for expeditious disposal of Original Suit No. 233 of 2001 (Bhagauti Prasad Vs. Smt. Rukamani Devi) pending before the Civil Judge, (J.D.), Basti for the following reasons. As the order sheet indicates, the petitioner-plaintiff himself had moved an application for amendment as late as in 2017. Thereafter the matter has been repeatedly adjourned at his behest. The order sheet further reveals that further documents were filed and introduced in the proceedings by the plaintiff on 21 November 2020.
Consequently, writ petition fails and is dismissed.
