Heard Sri Lalendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel for the respondent No. 1, Sri Ram Pratap Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that justice would suffice if the competent Authority is directed to consider and decide the issue of payment of post retiral dues of the petitioner within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
It is further stated that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 05.03.2021 before the competent Authority and the same may be directed to be decided within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
To the aforesaid, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 3 has no serious objection.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner aforesaid by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order/a copy of this order downloaded from the official Website of the Allahabad High Court.
