JUDGMENT / ORDER

The convict has been recently convicted for the offence punishable under Secs.363, 366 and 376 of IPC and has been sentenced to suffer for five years imprisonment. His first furlough is due. In view of this, if fresh application for furlough is preferred by the convict prisoner, it will be decided by the IG prisons considering the fact that he has been convicted for five years imprisonment. With this observation, this application is disposed of.
