JUDGMENT / ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the FIR in crime No.36 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that charge sheet has been laid after investigation in the above said crime No.36 of 2010, wherein, the petitioner has not been arrayed an accused.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
