JUDGMENT / ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 25.10.2016 passed by this Court in O.P.No.479 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Unfortunately, mediation failed. The petitioner has filed the petition for custody of the child. The period mentioned in the order passed by this Court is also over.
3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed, however giving liberty to the parties to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
