JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner's vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-07 BE 2467 has been detained pursuant to Ext.P2 notice. In view of the similar judgment passed by this Court in W.P.(C)No.27965/2013, there shall be a direction to the competent authority among the respondents to release the vehicle of the petitioner on payment of 25% of the demand and also on executing a simple bond without surety for the balance amount. The petitioner shall also produce certificate of registration obtained under the Kerala Value Added Tax Act.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
