JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the present petition is taken up for final hearing, Shri N.V. Gandhi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Special Civil Application, without prejudice to the rights and contentions in any other pending proceedings. Permission is accordingly granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith. Registry is directed to keep the papers of the present Special Civil Application alongwith Special Civil Application No. 3878/2009.
