It was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the light of the interim order already passed, the goods in question were released to the petitioner after collecting the advance tax.

As the very purpose sought to be achieved by the filing of this writ petition has been served, the writ petition is closed without examining the merits of the grounds raised.
