Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
Sri Ishan Shishu, learned Advocate, has filed his power on behalf of respondent no.1 Union of India today in Court, which is taken on record.
Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned Advocate appearing for respondents 2 &3, Sri Ishan Shishu, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 and perused the record.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents has pointed that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal as per Clause 3.11 of the Marketing Discipline Guidelines, 2018 for LPG Distributorship, against the order dated 6.11.2019 which is pending consideration before the appellate authority.
In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. It is open for the petitioner to pursue the appeal pending before the authority concerned.
The writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
