When it was indicated to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, he sought permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue such remedies as are available to him under law. Permission is granted and this original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue such remedies as are available to him under law.
