Petitioner claims to have been engaged as a Peon in the office of District Magistrate, Prayagraj in 1986. He was regularised on 17.5.1995. It is asserted that being a senior Class-IV employee, his claim for promotion to Class-III post ought to be considered as a post of clerk otherwise remains vacant.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that such grievance of the petitioner can be got examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is permitted to represent his grievance before respondent no.
3 alongwith copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of his claim. Such claim of the petitioner shall be got examined in accordance with applicable rules and an appropriate order would be passed by the respondent no. 3, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
