2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner for renewal of the Affiliation for the periods 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-
20.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 29.12.2017, 18.03.2018 and 15.03.2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
