Learned counsel for the respondents have obtained instructions and has produced a copy of the order dated 19.9.2016, whereby petitioner's selection itself has been cancelled.
In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh challenging the order dated 19.9.2016.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.
