This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the FIR in Crime No. 153 of 2009 of Manthani Police Station, Karimnagar district, registered for offences punishable under section 406, 400, 415, 419, 420, 464, 468, 471, 449 of IPC and section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
2. When the matter is listed on 21/04/2014 none appeared for petitioner and the matter is directed to be listed on 25/04/2014 “for dismissal”. Today, none appeared for petitioner inspite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
