Heard Sri Girish Chandra Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri R.K. Shukla, learned counsel for respondent nos. 6 and 7 and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State.
The instant habeas corpus petition has been filed on behalf of petitioners, corpuses,Belal aged about four years and Ayasha aged about three years through their mother, Smt. Shajida with the prayer to issue a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing respondent nos.6 and 7 to produce the corpuses before this Court and set them at liberty forthwith.
Learned counsel for the parties have stated that Smt. Shajida and respondent no.6 have reconciled all disputes amongst them and they have arrived at a compromise. In this behalf, a joint affidavit has been filed by them today wherein it is stated that due to intervention of respectable persons, family members, relatives and persons of locality, the mother of the corpuses, Smt. Shajida Parveen is ready to live with respondent no.6 and she does not want to proceed with the present habeas corpus petition anymore.
In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the instant habeas corpus petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
