Respondents had produced copy of interim order issued by the Division Bench in WA No.504/2014 directing deferment of the enforcement of Annexure-A1 judgment, for a period of 3 months from 28-03-2014. It is further submitted that the writ appeal is already listed for final hearing.
2. Under the above mentioned circumstances, this court is of the opinion that no wilful disobeyance or violation of the directions can be alleged against the respondents. Therefore no further steps in this contempt of court case is warranted. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this court again if there is non-compliance of the directions despite dismissal of the writ appeal.
3. In the result this contempt of court case is hereby closed with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner as mentioned above.
